WHAT IS BOTS UP?

Bots Up is a fast paced card game for 2-5 players, fit for family and adult game nights. Use 'Bot Parts' to build yourself the strongest Bot, and then send it into battle! With clever skill, strategy and just a teeny bit of luck, use your 'Battle Cards' to try to destroy your opponents’ Bots and become the last Bot standing.

BUILD YOUR BOT

Deal 6 Bot Part Cards to each player and assemble them to form your bot. Each bot part has a health total so some parts are stronger than others. You each get 1 round of swaps to try and upgrade your parts and get rid of any duplicates.

THE BATTLE BEGINS

Deal 4 Battle Cards to each player and play turn-by-turn, starting with the player with the weakest bot head. Pick up 2 more Battle Cards and play up to 2 actions every turn.

ATTACK !

Use your battle cards to destroy your opponents' bots. Deal damage to their bot parts, or just eye up their best ones and steal them for yourself! Choose whether to lay your attacks early or to save them for a bigger combo later on.

01 DEFEND ! In addition to actions there are also 'Anytime' cards in the Battle deck. You can play these cards outside of your own turn to block damage, increase other attacks and outright deny another player's turn! 01 POWER PLAY Think you're coming out on top? Don't get too comfortable yet. Power play cards can swing the game in anyone's favour! Sometimes you'll play one by choice, and other times your hand will be forced. Either way they are sure to shake up the battle! 01 WINNING THE GAME The winner is crowned when just one player remains with any bot parts left. With the right strategy, skill and just a teeny bit of luck, it could be YOU! HOW TO PLAY

We are Matt and Rosie from Cambridge, UK. We've always loved playing silly games together so we finally decided to make one of our own. We started designing Bots Up on our honeymoon in 2018, tearing up hotel notepaper to make cards whilst we sat at the bar. Since then, we have worked hard to create an easy to learn, fun game that we think you will enjoy. We would be so happy if you can join our little bot family and help turn this game into a reality.
